About Bachata Bliss
Meet the people and the passion behind Bachata Bliss.
What is Bachata Bliss?
Bachata Bliss was founded by Jules in 2023 with a simple vision: to create a place where people can learn Bachata at a high level while becoming part of an open and welcoming community. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into one of the largest and most active Bachata communities in Graz.
As the community continued to grow, the Bliss Dance Studio opened its doors in March 2025, giving Bachata Bliss a home of its own and creating a space where learning, dancing and community come together every day. Today, Bachata Bliss offers a structured course program for all levels, regular socials and community events, as well as workshops with international guest artists that bring dancers from all over Europe to Graz.
But Bachata Bliss is about much more than just dance classes. It is a community where people grow together, friendships are formed and a shared passion for Bachata brings people together. Even though the project has grown significantly over the years, its core values have remained the same: high-quality teaching, an open and respectful atmosphere and the joy of connecting people through Bachata.
Graz, Klagenfurt... ?
What started as a passion project in Graz in 2023 continues to grow step by step. In autumn 2025, Bachata Bliss Klagenfurt was founded under the leadership of Jess, a long-time student of Jules. Together with Max, also a long-time student and part of the Bachata Bliss community, she brings the Bachata Bliss concept to Carinthia, teaching according to the curriculum developed by Jules.
As the community grows, so does the vision behind Bachata Bliss: to inspire people to discover and enjoy Bachata through high-quality teaching, an open and welcoming atmosphere, and a strong sense of community. And Klagenfurt is just the beginning!

Bachata Bliss is shaped by the people who bring it to life. Our team brings together different personalities, dance styles and strengths, while sharing one common goal: high-quality teaching, a welcoming atmosphere and a community where everyone can feel at home.
Jules
I’m Jules, an international Bachata instructor and the founder of Bachata Bliss. After many years of teaching experience, both in Graz and at festivals across Europe, I started my own project in 2023 with the goal of further growing the Bachata community in Graz.
With Bachata Bliss, I have created a place where people can learn, grow and experience the joy of dancing together, regardless of their previous knowledge or dance experience.
In my classes, I combine technical precision with a relaxed, fun and motivating atmosphere. I place great importance on sustainable learning, mutual respect within the community and a deeper understanding of movement, Lead & Follow, musicality and connection.
My goal is not only to teach people how to dance, but to give them the tools they need to keep developing in the long term and discover their own passion for Bachata.
Lizzy
She discovered her passion for Bachata at the age of 17 and has been an integral part of the Bachata community in Graz since its early days. Over the years, she has developed her own elegant dance style, which she loves sharing with her students.
At Bachata Bliss, she teaches the Intermediate and Advanced courses on Thursdays together with Jules. In her classes, she places a strong focus on clean technique and fluid movement. With patience and attention to detail, she takes the time to support her students and help them grow and develop as dancers.
Nati
Nati started her Bachata journey many years ago as a student of Jules and has since become an integral part of the Bachata community in Graz. With her cheerful, humorous personality and contagious energy, she makes everyone feel welcome in her classes. Together with Jules, she teaches the Beginner and Improver courses on Tuesdays. Her playful, musical dance style and genuine joy for dancing make her classes motivating and full of positive energy. With her warm and outgoing personality, she creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can quickly feel comfortable and at ease.
Patricia
Patricia started her Bachata journey many years ago in Jules’ Styling classes. It was only three years ago that she discovered partner dancing, and with her dedication, hard work and passion, she quickly developed into an impressive dancer.
Together with Jules, she teaches the Special Topic and Musicality course. Her elegant dance style and ability to seamlessly incorporate beautiful styling elements into her dancing make her a great inspiration to her students. With her calm and supportive nature, she always has an open ear for others and creates a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Mama Jules
Mama Jules is the heart and soul of Bachata Bliss. With lots of care and dedication, she makes sure the studio is always clean, cozy and welcoming. Her positive energy, open personality and love for connecting with people play a big part in making everyone feel at home at Bachata Bliss.
As Jules’ biggest supporter, she is an invaluable help behind the scenes and makes sure everything in the studio runs smoothly. While she only dances Bachata occasionally, her true passion is dancing with hula hoops, which never fails to impress!
